Overview

Shiplist ("we", "our", "us") provides a Done-For-You directory submission service. By purchasing a plan or using the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Shiplist is a Done-For-You (DFY) service. A human team submits your tool to online directories on your behalf based on the information you provide (URL, name, description, and category). We do not use automated bots to complete submissions — real people fill out each directory form.

Shiplist does not guarantee the speed at which any individual directory processes your submission, nor does it guarantee that any individual directory will accept your tool. Acceptance decisions are made solely by directory operators according to their own criteria.

Plans and pricing

We offer three Done-For-You one-time plans:

• Basic — $59
• Standard — $99
• Premium — $139

A DIY self-service plan and a Featured (recurring) plan are also available. These are separate offerings with their own terms; details are presented at checkout.

14-day money-back guarantee

If we do not deliver the number of directory submissions included in your purchased plan within 14 calendar days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

To claim your refund, email support@shiplist.co with your order details. We will process the refund promptly.

The guarantee does not apply if the submissions were delivered as described in your plan, or if you provided a tool URL that could not be submitted to directories (for example, a broken link, a private staging URL, or a page that is not a real product).

Plan inclusions and exclusions

What is included in each plan:

• Manual directory submissions — the number specified for your chosen plan tier.

What is not included:

• Acceptance decisions by directory operators — these are outside our control.
• SEO outcomes or improvements — directory listings may or may not affect your search rankings.
• Uptime or quality of the submitted directories — we do not operate the directories.

Acceptable use

When using Shiplist you agree not to:

• Submit tools you do not own or are not authorised to submit on behalf of.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property or other rights.
• Abuse the service in ways intended to circumvent directory policies, spam directory operators, or manipulate search rankings through deceptive means.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a submission that violates these conditions, without refund where the violation was caused by the buyer.

Service modifications

Shiplist reserves the right to change pricing, plan inclusions, or the service itself at any time. Changes take effect for new purchases. Existing orders placed before a change was published are fulfilled under the terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shiplist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any direct damages arising from a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
